I'm Eslam Sabry, the person behind SABTRED. What I'm about to tell you isn't something I read in a book. I lived it myself, in business and in customer service, over and over, across very different companies.
The pattern was always the same: requests come in faster than teams can handle them. Companies juggle five different systems at once: communication, scheduling, quotes, internal coordination. They lose track between them. Staff are stretched thin while requests sit unanswered, appointments get mixed up, or quotes go out too late. Not because no one cares, simply because there isn't enough capacity.
I had ideas for how to solve this. But I couldn't build them myself, not yet.
So I started learning. For years, focused mainly on AI and automation, until the idea became a system.
Today we live in a world that's automating fast. And yet businesses of every size still struggle with the same problems, because they're juggling too many systems, or simply too stretched to keep every process under control.
That's exactly why SABTRED exists.
We don't build a standard solution that every business gets the same way. SABTRED has existed since 2026. We're at the start of our own journey, holding ourselves to the same standard we bring to every business we work with: stick with it until it works.
We're young, but not inexperienced. Everything we build is based on years of real business and customer service experience, not theory.
